Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for items that meet our return criteria. Please note, we do not accept returns based on change of mind.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Email us at customercare@stylique.com.au with "RETURN + your order number" in the subject line.

Include a description of why you are returning the item and attach photos or videos showing the product's condition.

Wait for our confirmation and next steps before sending any items back. Returns sent without confirmation will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
Return Conditions:

Full priced items (including bonus items) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be in new, unused condition with original labels, and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully before purchasing
Processing Returns
If your return is approved, you will need to send the item back at your expense. We will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hrs so we can correct the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item (and any bonus items) for a refund (subject to the restocking fee) and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds, minus the restocking fee, are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if a refund is not posted within 15 business days.
Repeated Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose charges if there is a history of repeated returns.
Shipping Rules
Before accepting delivery, check the packaging. If damaged, take photos and notify us within 48 hours to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds for Duplicate Payments
Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellations

By You: If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel it and refund you. If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

By Us: We may cancel orders due to stock limitations or errors. If this happens after you have been charged, we will refund you.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND RETURNS

Stylique are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns/packages during transit. If details are incorrect this may cause parcels to become lost or be delayed in shipment. Please check all shipping details before submitting your order, as store credits/refunds will not be given for packages dispatched to incorrect addresses.

Customers will be provided full tracking details for their package once it has been dispatched. Please monitor your tracking closely to stay on top of any delivery attempts, postage pick-ups or re-delivery requests.

If packages are unclaimed at the Post Office or mailed back as a 'Return to Sender' they will incur a $25 RTS fee, as well as a $25 re-shipment fee to cover the new postage cost.
